devalpatrick.com was very successful as the primary vehicle aiding the grassroots efforts of the campaign. News, Events and Speeches in various media were available as were numerous ways to get involved and interact with the campaign. devalpatrick.com is now the Committee website but you can see what the original interface looked here.

College Hill Press is a print firm that specializes in calendars. In addition to the site itself there is an application under development that allows customers to customize and order calendars.

Holt and Lachman Architects are located in Portland Maine. They are involved in City Planning as well as residential and commercial work. We designed their logo and print materials as well.

Infinity Health Solutions sells products and solutions ranging from consulting services to books and health products. A unique custom built form based content management tool was created for this site so that the text could be updated by non-technical personnel. This site is under construction.

This site, for a jewelry designer, includes dynamic flash coding, cold fusion and a custom built shopping cart built in Cold Fusion MX

This site for Representative Bill Straus is created with Flash, programmed in Cold Fusion and includes a contribution form.

This site for Cesari + McKenna LLC is for a law firm that specializes in patent law. They needed a professional clean look that was easily maintainable. This site was built using ASP.

Labaron / Kay Harvey is a chain of beauty schools. Though this thumbnail shows the second version of this site It has been currently redesigned it to include more outreach to alumni and to better tell the student's individual stories and reasons for attending.

This site is a showcase for artists and directory of art venues in Southcoast Massachusetts. It uses a series of interconnected databases.

This multi-page admissions form was developed in Cold Fusion and includes registration and log in so that it may be completed over a series of days. The application fee is paid via credit card at the completion of the form. The back end is SQL. Admissions officers review the data using an integrated PDF.

Complete custom shopping cart using Cold Fusion, SQL back end. Integrated with Verisign Pay Flo Pro for credit card processing.

Multivariate search through Job and Internship listings. This Cold Fusion application also makes liberal use of hand coded JavaScript.

This calendar built, from the ground up, in Cold Fusion allows for public submission and edits by staff on the back-end before events are sent live. This calendar is somewhat unique in that list and grid views are available on the same page making it very user friendly. Included is an RSS feed. The same calendar is used on devalpatrick.com

Registering as a caucus committee leader enables a person to add delegates. The number of delegates one has added is checked against a database containing the number each town and ward is allotted. Delegate information fills in along the side so progress can be tracked.

Using a simple Access database, Cold Fusion and interfacing with Google Maps it is easy to see where a restaurant is in relation to Rhode Island School of Design.

Similar to the Online Admissions form but allows CE students to sign up and pay for classes. This operates very much like a shopping cart and was completely custom built. The CE office is able to view the SQL data and print using a dynamic pdf.

A simple form based content administration system allows the client to update the text on his pages.

By reading a file located on another server, extracting and parsing the pertinent parts, we were able to keep the new blog entries updated on the main page of the devalpatrick.com.

This leads to a page that contains a small sample of banners ads originally developed for cnn.com, boston.com, necn, univision and others. These ads were primarily in Flash and had to adhere to the individual guidelines and actionscript requirements of each site.

This console combines navigation with video (in .flv format). Individual video clips were selectedfrom a full length dvd and edited down, beginning and end titles were added and then encoded to .flv for use in the Flash console.

This Flash console - as does each of the other Flash containers - makes liberal use of actionscript and is built to accept text for headlines and urls dynamically which allows for ease of maintenance as well as the simple substitution of images for background and buttons.

This Flash animation was built in response to a requirement that the better known endorsers share space equally - as well as the need for expandability. Endorsements were added regularly.

This is still under construction but demonstrates some of the range of possibilities from scripting the ability to fill in a pane only after the previous one has been filled out to customizing alert messages for form validation.
